Halloween!

In response to Beth's last posting, I did not celebrate Halloween this year. Its my first Halloween (out of 26) that I did not. The reason: MIDTERMS!!! I did go to a corn maze with Mandi and Beth and a Haunted house a few weeks ago, but that's about. No costumes, pumpkin carving, trick or treating, or getting drunk for me :-( (Its a sore spot!!!)

But, I did take Sadie Mae to a Halloween party for her school a few weeks ago. She went as a "Scotty Dog". I was so proud of myself for making her costume...pay attention to the detail (pins, socks, etc).  It doesn't show that well in the pictures, but nonetheless, it was cute! So, here are my Halloween picture contributions! 

PS...the bald spot on her back is from a controlled substance patch they had on her for a few days after her surgery.  Thankfully, the hair is growing back in and it isn't quite as noticeable!
